We collect personal information that you voluntarily provide when opening a trading account, submitting a contact or feedback form, or communicating with our staff. This may include your full name, CNIC number, address, phone number, email address, bank account details, and investment preferences required for KYC (Know Your Customer) compliance under SECP regulations.

Your information is used to: (a) open and manage your securities trading account; (b) execute buy/sell orders on the Pakistan Stock Exchange on your behalf; (c) comply with regulatory obligations imposed by the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP) and the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX); (d) send account statements, contract notes, and service notifications; and (e) respond to queries or complaints.
Disclosure to Third Parties
128 Securities does not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We may share data with regulatory bodies (SECP, PSX, SBP) as required by law, with our statutory auditors and legal advisors under confidentiality obligations, and with technology service providers who process data solely on our behalf.
Data Security
We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. Our online trading platform (KiTS Trade) uses bank-grade encrypted sessions for every login. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Cookies
Our website uses cookies to improve your browsing experience and analyse site traffic. You may configure your browser to refuse cookies, though some website features may not function correctly as a result. We do not use cookies for advertising or cross-site tracking purposes.
Retention
We retain your personal data for as long as your account remains active and for the period required by applicable law — typically seven (7) years from the date of the last transaction in accordance with SECP record-keeping requirements.
